to ensure coordination with other nanotechnology research centers by means of national and international bilateral collaborations,
to provide the development and implementation of projects through university and industry cooperation,
to develop multidisciplinary research projects and to coordinate their transfer to the field of application,
to ensure the coordination of researchers working in the field of nanotechnology at Erciyes University,
to set up necessary academic and laboratory infrastructures for the graduate studies in the field of nanotechnology at Erciyes University,
to encourage students from all levels to be interested in researches on nanotechnology by creating awareness both in the university and the society,
to train undergraduate and graduate students on the concept of research and methods; in addition, the contribution of students to the implementation of research projects,
to organize seminars, workshops and short-term research visits with the participation of important researchers in the field of nanotechnology,
to encourage researchers to take part in scientific and applied studies by organizing scientific project contests among them.

The vision of our center is
to establish a center of excellence in nanotechnology studies at Erciyes University,
to enable the impact area of the center to include first Türkiye and then the world by starting from Kayseri and its surroundings,
to enable Erciyes University to become a prestigious institution universally in the fields of education, research and researcher infrastructure related to nanotechnology, scientific publications, patents and the development of commercial products.
